The service

Bornsky calculates astronomical positions from birth details you provide and presents them in the conventions of Western astrology, together with written interpretations.

The astronomical calculations are computed from a published ephemeris and are intended to be accurate. The interpretations are a traditional symbolic system offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not advice — medical, psychological, legal, financial or otherwise — and must not be relied upon as such.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email address you sign in with. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other people's data, or use automated means to place load on it beyond ordinary personal use.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for injury to life, body or health, or for intent and gross negligence.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. German law applies, with the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence unaffected.
